    3.3.  Transfer of personal data to third countries

    We do not intend to transfer these personal data to a third country. However, we would like to point out that Google Ireland has contractually agreed to transfer the above personal data to third countries only on the basis of standard data protection clauses of the European Commission or another solution that enables the lawful transfer of personal data to a third country in accordance with the European Data Protection Legislation.     Trustindex enables us to publish our customer reviews from different review portals on our website for marketing purposes. The ratings are taken unchanged from our public Google profile. The publication includes the date of your rating, your name (possibly also company name, photo/logo) as well as your rating and the rating text.

Use of SurveySparrow


We have integrated SurveySparrow on this website. The provider is SurveySparrow Inc, 2345 Yale St FL 1, Palo Alto, CA 94306, USA (hereinafter SurveySparrow). SurveySparrow enables us to create online forms and embed them on our website. The data you enter in our SurveySparrow forms will be stored on SurveySparrow’s servers until you request us to delete it, revoke any consent you have given to store it, or until the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request).
